"They charged me $148 to get the policy start two early. I never experience those kinds of things. Even the policy wasn't stated yes at that time. 2/26/26-3/13/26 paid $148 for by myself separately. 3/13/2026-3/13/2027 paid through my Escrow company. So, the renewal date should be 3/13/2027. But they changed the renewal date to 2/26/2027. Then why I had to pay $148 if they changed the start date. Please someone go out and help them this simple math? Wonderful CS, my Escrow can help them out. I must give them 5 starts.^^ Got replied: I can refund it and change the date, then you can pay your escrow the difference. Update: I have figured out via my Escrow account. On 2/28/26, my Escrow paid $1,725 for 3/13/26-3/13/27 a year term which is State Farm quoted. On 3/4/26, my Escrow paid another payment $148.00 On 3/13, I paid another payment $148.00. What a wonderful CS they have. I should cancel my policy with them ASAP. They said have to pay $148 because I ask them get the policy earlier. Well, usually in the case, get discount instead of increasing the cost."

"Recently shopped for new insurance and was very pleased with John Lang’s State Farm team. Mariyah was patient, thorough and responsive. "Kevin helped me get a lower rate on both my car and renter's policy with better coverage than what I had with Geico. The process was quick and easy with no pressure! 2.5.2026 Edit: They were able to drop my rate for the last two renewals on my auto policy. I've never had a speeding ticket, at fault accident, or moving violation in 25+ years of driving, and this is the ONLY insurance company I've ever had that's actually lowered my rates."

"Been with progressive for a year biggest mistake ever. wish i went with state farm sooner they quoted me a third of what i was paying for my insurance and now i also have road side! And i dont talk to bots everytime i call about my insurance!"
